Can I wash my face before my appointment?
Please avoid any skincare 24 hours before your appointment to avoid mixing wax and active skincare ingredients on your skin. Any skincare (face wash, toners, moisturizers) can cause the skin to lift or be irritated.

How should I arrive to my appointment?
Please come with little to or no makeup, makeup will cause the wax to be hard to apply to skin. Be open and honest for our consultation

How long should I wait before coming in for a wax?
Refrain from touching, trimming or tweezing brows in between appointments. Give brow cycle 4 weeks or more before coming in for your next session
DEPOSITS
All appointments require a $15 deposit to secure your spot and this will go towards your service. The payment methods accepted are cash or card. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your services. Using card payment will require an additional $2.50 fee as a transaction fee.
CANCELLATIONS
LATE ARRIVALS
BOOKING
Cancellations should be made within 24 hours or more prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classed as a “No-show” which will require remaining balance to be charged. No-shows will be back listed.
If you are running late, please inform us in advanced via text or call to our phone number. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late, you’ll have to pay a $10 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
All scheduling is to be done online, over the phone or directly after your appointment. Please do not send us direct messages on social media platforms to book, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do so with the link sent via email.

A published brow artist featured in Houston Voyage Magazine and Bold Journey Magazine, Rana is a licensed esthetician known for her expertise in natural brow artistry, including shaping, tinting, and lamination techniques. Beyond her skills in skincare and beauty, she is also a proud Navy veteran, having started her profession while serving on active duty before transitioning to a full-time career after leaving the military.
